
Identified - We have become aware of an issue of CDM_LMS refresh for all clients on multi-tenant CDM_LMS, to the effect that the data has not been refreshed since March 18th. This affects all clients in Canada, Singapore and Sydney AWS regions, and some clients in US and EU regions who have already moved to multi-tenant CDM_LMS (e.g. all those with Anthology Reach). A client unsure about their single/multi-tenant status can check this by seeing if the contents of CDM_LMS is tables (Single Tenant and unaffected) or views (Multi-tenant and affected). Investigating - Our team is investigating an intermittent issue resulting in a blank screen upon viewing and entering utility bill data in Energy Manager. This issue is impacting users working in Google Chrome and is being investigated as a top priority. Investigating - We are investigating an issue where inbound SMS & MMS traffic from T-Mobile subscribers to a subset of ZP and ZCC customers might experience failure and receive "Sorry, the service is temporarily unavailable.
